I am Fabio Frascella, born in Rome in a hot summer of 1974... after graduating from high school and a brief university experience, in 1996, at the end of my compulsory military service, I found myself, almost by chance, working as a procacciatore in an estate agency.

After a few months of uncertainty, doubts, fatigue and doors in my face, I realised that this was my path. In 1999 I set up my first real estate agency with a partner under the name Home from Home.

As time goes by, I discover the value of my work, or rather the value that people give to my work when I succeed in realising their projects. People... yes, because for me what counts most in my work are people, their choices, emotions, memories... the house is just the box that contains them. It is precisely for this reason that in 24 years of profession I have learnt and then taught my collaborators to know how to listen to people, to understand their needs and desires and then transform them into a concrete project.
