I am Fabio Frascella, born in Rome in a hot summer of 1974... after graduating from high school and a brief university experience, in 1996, at the end of my compulsory military service, I found myself, almost by chance, working as a procacciatore in an estate agency. After a few months of uncertainty, doubts, fatigue and doors in my face, I realised that this was my path. In 1999 I set up my first real estate agency with a partner under the name Home from Home. As time goes by, I discover the value of my work, or rather the value that people give to my work when I succeed in realising their projects. People... yes, because for me what counts most in my work are people, their choices, emotions, memories... the house is just the box that contains them. It is precisely for this reason that in 24 years of profession I have learnt and then taught my collaborators to know how to listen to people, to understand their needs and desires and then transform them into a concrete project. During these years in which the market has often changed, I have modified, adapted and restructured my structure until I have a company that is in step with the times. Today my company, which 7 years ago took the name HF Immobiliare, is able to accompany people at every stage of buying and selling a property, whether they are buyers or sellers, making sure that both are satisfied with the result. In the last few years we have also started to deal with the management of large real estate estates, and the care and attention we have invested in this project has been such that some important Roman families have placed their trust in us... including the Capranica Del Grillo family, descendants of the famous Marchese.
